Processing & Shipping
All order are processed 7-14 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that shipping time may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
MEIONNY COLLECTION is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive the incorrect item(s) please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly review the issue and make it right if the claim is valid.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please ensure all information is correct before placing your order.
